Ready-to-use, sprayable, self-expanding polyurethane foam for insulating all types of substrates, improving thermal insulation and reducing the risk of thermal bridges.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Thanks to its nozzle, it can be applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces, reaching the most difficult-to-reach places.
- It does not contain isocyanates, so it is safe for all types of applications.
- Excellent initial adhesion to the surface
- Good adhesion to all surfaces (except PE, PP, and PTFE). One 700 ml can of foam covers up to 1 m² of insulation (approximately 2 cm layer after curing).
- Suitable for vertical and horizontal applications.
- It can be applied at temperatures between +10 °C and +30 °C.
- Excellent thermal insulation, thermal conductivity of 0.036 W/mK
- Reduces the risk of thermal bridges.
- Remains flexible, does not become brittle.
- Levels uneven and hard-to-reach surfaces
APPLICATIONS
- Ideal for coating all types of surfaces to improve thermal insulation. Insulate all problem areas or hard-to-reach areas in construction applications where the use of traditional insulation materials is more difficult. Suitable as insulation for all common building substrates (such as concrete, masonry, stone, wood, EPS, drywall, most sheet metal, plasterboard, hard PVC, etc.). Seal doors, lintels, walls, ceilings, and other building components to reduce the risk of thermal bridges. Insulate pipes, attics, basements, balconies, garages, cisterns, and boats.
