FUNCTIONALITY

Correct joint dimensions and adequate pretreatment of the bonding area are essential for proper sealing. See DIN 18540 F and SIA V 274 for joint dimensions in building construction. Maximum adhesion is achieved on a clean, dry, grease-free, and perfectly structured surface. MS adheres to many surfaces, such as varnished wood, many metals, and various plastics. Preliminary testing is required to ensure the suitability of this product for a specific application.
